Aroha is a senior reporter covering news and politics in Christchurch. She previously lectured at Canterbury University and grew up in Lyttelton.

Ben covers business, environment, and property. He trained as a quantity surveyor before becoming a reporter in Christchurch after the rebuild era.

Maia reports on sport and lifestyle across Christchurch. She is a former Canterbury rugby representative and high school PE teacher from Burnside.

Sam is a reporter covering health, education, and community news. He previously worked as a registered nurse and freelanced for community papers in Riccarton.
